Wallace Foss is Fossco Specialties namesake. After already having a long history with the boat we sought to save her from further deterioration and took her on with the intention of getting her operating again, with an open mind for what our future might mean. Being built in 1897 “The Foss” as many know her, has certainly stood the test of time. She really is the essence of what our business strives to be; the continuation of history through thoughtful inclusion of new technology with a knod to the past.

Wallace Foss has undergone:
A full cosmetic refit, all bright work stripped and renewed, new paint all around
Drive line and propeller service
Old electronics removed and replace with completely wireless installation
Interior restoration removing years of tobacco smoke buildup
All systems serviced and brought to operating condition
One summer of extensive cruising to prove solid operation and seaworthyness
